National Soup Month, a holiday that was seemingly created by the Campbell Soup Company, is upon us. From the aromatic phos on Federal, to Uncle’s unforgettable silky ramen, here are our favorite soups in Denver:
• Federal Boulevard is home to many pho restuarants. Denver’s favorite is Pho 95. Though the line is always out the door, the pho is always hot.
• Hops & Pie will feature no less than 15 different soups in January, including an IPA broccoli cheddar and roasted garlic tomato.
• Uncle’s infamous spicy chicken ramen is complete with spicy sesame broth and a soft-boiled egg.
