Ever produced a webinar? There are plenty of hiccups to worry about — tech trouble, human error, or, as I can attest, power outages. But they all pale in comparison to the biggest problem —  poor content.

You can be the driest speaker in the world, but if you’re sharing valuable information, people are likely to listen. Anyone who’s endured an episode of “60 Minutes” knows what I mean.

For starters, focus on your authentic business story and build from there with a specific topic illustrated by lively slides. And be sure to allow ample time for creative development.
