Immortalized on stage and screen, the “unsinkable” Molly Brown is a legendary figure best known for surviving the Titanic disaster.
Her incredible story of adventure, activism and philanthropy has been shared with countless people at the Molly Brown House Museum, located in her former home on Pennsylvania Street. Last year, the museum began a $1.3 million renovation for much-needed restoration work.
The museum has remained open during the extensive remodel and expects approximately 50,000 visitors this year. Admission is by guided tour only. They begin every half hour and last about 45 minutes. Tickets cost $8-$12.
