Art lovers can now take a virtual tour through the past 90 years of the Museum of Modern Art. The popular museum has not only conserved history, it’s also created it. The museum’s extensive history can now be viewed through their website.
The show, titled “MoMA Through Time” takes its viewers through the museum’s key exhibitions, such as the 1931 Henri Matisse show – that was the first display allocated to a single artist. Or take a gander through the 1939 retrospective of Pablo Picasso, which brought his first painting “Guernica” to the celebrated museum.
