Yoga events in nontraditional venues, such as breweries and wineries, are exploding in popularity. Silent Disco Glow Flow Yoga is headed to ViewHouse in LoDo for a one-of-a-kind, free yoga experience in a heated courtyard tent.
Attendees will receive headphones for music and instruction from CorePower yoga instructors for an immersive experience. Food and drink specials will be available after yoga.
The 60-minute series will be held on select Tuesdays, and the next one is Dec. 12 at 6 p.m. Silent Disco Glow Flow is free, but headphones are limited so early arrival is encouraged.
