Dio Mio, a treasure of the pasta world, is gaining praise from locals since opening last fall. I can attest the pasta is quite tasty. The menu items were a treat to the palate, mixing fragrant flavors and textures with beautiful presentation to elicit a collective “MMMmmmm” from my party.
The Mint Fazzoletti, Rotolo and Nutella Semifreddo were outstanding and their wine pairings were spot on. The meal was one to be enjoyed over conversation, as if you were at your own kitchen table. High fives to chefs Alex Figura and Spencer White for adding to Denver’s rich food network.
