Cooking and Camaraderie at Cook Street

by

My friends were impressed that I took a knife skills class. Then I explained it was a cooking class, featuring knives as cooking utensils, not weapons. That was just one of the classes I’ve taken at Cook Street.

The talented and personable chefs have taught me how to butcher a chicken, make English muffins from SCRATCH (who knew this was a thing?) and cook multiple dishes with beer. More than a casual cook, I still learn some new tip, technique or tidbit every time. And at the end, we enjoy the delicious meal we cooked together using our new skills.
