Earlier this month, Pablo’s Coffee tripled down on its drip dominance with the opening of its third store on East Colfax. For more than two decades, Pablo’s has caffeinated downtown Denverites at its original 6th Avenue and Washington Street location and its second spot at 13th and Pennsylvania.
In addition to the usual favorites, the new Pablo’s has an on-site commercial roastery, training and tasting lab and office space. The lab allows employees and wholesale clients to train on espresso machines and provides space for classes for home brewers. The most exciting addition? The new store has Wi-Fi.
