Two Angels Foundation – Helping Children With Disabilities Remain Active

by

The Two Angels Foundation is dedicated to increasing access to recreational activities for Colorado children living with physical disabilities, thus inspiring them to lead the most inclusive and active lives possible.

The foundation was organized in the memory of Allyson and Rachel Mohatt, who both were diagnosed with nemaline myopathy, a rare form of muscular dystrophy that eventually claimed the girls’ lives when they were five.

For the past 10 years, the Foundation has hosted the Miles for Smiles 5K to raise funds to purchase adaptive equipment physically disabled children can use to live the most normal, active lives possible.
