Colorado’s coldest winter attraction is in Dillon

by

Ice Castles, LLC, a Utah-based entertainment company, has opened six ice castles this winter. One of them is located in Dillon, Colorado, just over an hour’s drive from Denver.

Colorado’s coldest winter attraction, the ice castles feature giant tunnels, slides and fountains, all made from ice. At night, LED lights dance and flicker to the tune of music, creating a magnificent display. Quite ironically, fire shows are held every Friday and Saturday evening.

To get the best experience, Ice Castles, LLC recommends visitors wear boots, buy their tickets before they arrive and bring a small sled to pull children.
