Snow across the Front Range means ski season is almost here, and Colorado ski areas have several new projects ready for the 2018-2019 season.
Telluride Ski Resort has upgraded The Meadows and Silverton Mountain has new heli-skiing terrain. Arapahoe Basin will fully open its terrain expansion, including a new chairlift. Other areas adding chairlifts are Copper Mountain, Loveland Ski Area, Winter Park Resort and Wolf Creek Ski Area.
For people who just want to play in the snow, Echo Mountain Resort and Monarch Mountain will open new tubing hills and Kendall Mountain will offer natural pond ice skating.
