It’s January and you know what that means – time to make a list of resolutions that you will faithfully execute for a while, then less through the spring and by summer, they will be a distant memory.
Rather than create a traditional list, why not try choosing a word for your year? I have been doing this successfully for a number of years and find that when I meet a challenge, these words have served as valuable guides. The other thing that’s great about having a word of the year? It’s easier to remember than a lengthy list of resolutions.
