Families across the country often struggle finding the time to put meals together every day. Mom and business owner Roxanne Foster noticed this trend. What started as a small business has now led to an Easy Freezy Freezer Meals location in Westminster, plus franchises in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
Her concept? Easy meals families can freeze. Each month the customer chooses the menu (regular, keto, plus or vegetarian). After picking up the food, simply add meat, let it marinate, then freeze.
Throughout the month, place meals in a slow cooker or on a stovetop and prepare according to simple directions.
