A new neighborhood resource for the homeless

Denver’s Five Points neighborhood now houses the world’s first free retail clothing store for the homeless, thanks to a local nonprofit organization called Impact Locally. Those struggling with homelessness in the Denver community often need warm clothes, street gear and formal attire for job interviews.

The new store, called Humanity, equips the homeless with these items at no cost. But the store doesn’t stop there. Humanity will also be a resource for homeless people to link up with other community services that may be of use to them.

If you’re interested in supporting the store, Impact Locally is taking donations.
