Is the Virtual Business Model Right for You?

by

Running a business using a virtual model makes a lot of sense. Not only can you adjust staff as required, but overhead is significantly reduced.

The model has worked for the Mathews Group, a public relations firm with employees across the US. CEO Melissa Mathews said, “We believe that if you hire talented people and give them the freedom they need to work, they will outperform your every expectation.”

Jon Goldberg of Reputation Architects agrees. “It allows you to always put forth the best team for the client,” he said. Going virtual should be considered, especially when growing a business.
