Looking for a tasty twist on everyday tacos? Try using shrimp.
Combine 1/2 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons milk and 1/2 teaspoon cumin in a bowl. In another bowl, combine 3 tablespoons butter and 2 cloves garlic finely chopped. Rinse and pat dry 1-1/2 pounds shrimp. Place shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet; season with lime juice. Broil until cooked, approximately three minutes per side.
To serve, put shrimp on warmed tortillas and cover with shredded cabbage, the sour cream mixture and tomatillo salsa. Serve with lime wedges. Que bueno!
