Lyft is pushing the boundaries of transportation, and Denver is becoming the company’s pilot city. As the official ride-share partner of many busy venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the Denver Performing Arts Complex and the Colorado Convention Center, Lyft wants to provide Denver residents with multiple modes of transportation.
Earlier this month, Lyft announced it would debut its dockless electric scooters in Denver. According to the company, the scooters will be available for people to rent from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. They cost just $1 to unlock and 15 cents for each minute a user spends riding.
