Denver’s market is booming and many cities along the Front Range are top living destinations. With homes selling at Jedi-like speed, it’s important to do some preparation before you begin your house hunt.

First, select a good agent. Get someone who knows the varied market landscape. Do your research, cruise favorite neighborhoods and get your mortgage prequalified. Be ready to move quick, but don’t sacrifice for a house you don’t love. Know your limits and wants.

Once you’ve done the homework, be persistent, but mostly have faith; it may take an offer or two to get your dream home.
