Do My Steps Count If My Fitbit Is Broken?

by

Don’t have a Fitbit yet? You might be the only one. There are 19 million users in more than 50 countries; 9.5 million of those are active.

I don’t usually enjoy exercise’s rush, but my Fitbit has changed how I view steps and exercise. I have learned that small increases in activity can have astonishing results. Active users benefit from weight loss, experience increased energy and better cognitive function. Regular exercise may even delay dementia. And making that daily goal gives me a sense of accomplishment.

So count your steps and your blessings one Fitbit step at a time.
