I love meeting a colleague for lunch to catch up and sample new restaurants. During one recent excursion, my friend and I tested Range Restaurant located inside the Renaissance Denver.
With sleek and modern décor, the space still succeeds in feeling warm and inviting, so we settled in for a cozy chat. The menu is creative yet approachable – nothing is too quirky. I enjoyed my Ahi sandwhich, but the green chili as my side? It was spicy and delicious but not well-matched.
Range also features a wood oven. I can already taste that prosciutto pizza with truffled ricotta.
