‘Rembrandt: Painter as Printmaker’

by
Rembrandt painter as printmaker

Dozens of Rembrandt’s unforgettable prints, drawings and paintings are now on display at the Denver Art Museum, the sole venue for “Rembrandt: Painter as Printmaker.”

Rembrandt is arguably one of the greatest artists in history. The works on display show how he used the world around him to fuel his creativity, both as an artist and printmaker. The exhibition reveals Rembrandt’s unique approach to printmaking and how he manipulated his prints to appeal to his clients.

The exhibition is on view through Jan. 6, 2019. Adult tickets are $10, students/seniors cost $8 and kids under 18 are no charge.
