Did you know that the first Denver St. Patrick’s Day Parade took place in 1889? Since then, the event has arguably become the single largest annual gathering of Colorado residents in one place.
The nonprofit St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee has announced that this year’s parade theme will be “Our Tribute to Irish Heritage.”
Have you heard about the route? In case you haven’t, the parade on March 17 will begin behind Coors Field on the left field side. It will then weave its way down to Blake Street and advance past the baseball stadium, ending near parking lot B.
