How the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation ‘keeps the stories going’

by The 100 Companies

For over 80 years, the Denver Public Library has had a friend in the Denver Public Library Friends Foundation. Through their non-profit work, the foundation has been dedicated to preserving the Denver Public Library, supporting the creation of free literacy programs and providing equitable access to books and other resources for millions throughout Denver.

The foundation has numerous programs, like their Used Book Pop-Up Sales, which are organized throughout the year at library branches and other community locations, or their annual Booklovers Ball. All proceeds and donations from such events go to the preservation and enhancement of the public library.
