Despite being a landlocked (suburban-based, to boot!) Coloradan, my appreciation for sushi has grown over the years.
Located in a strip mall in southwest Littleton, Iwayama Sushi is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is warm, friendly and the sushi is fresh, well-made and some of the best I’ve ever had. Before my husband came to the sushi side, he was easily satisfied by Iwayama’s robust non-sushi menu, featuring burgers, burritos, fish tacos and traditional Hawaiian fare such as Korean-style short ribs and Kaula pork.
Iwayama is where I go when I’m having an especially bad day.
