There’s a new media outlet in Colorado. An online newspaper called The Colorado Sun launched last week, and the staff is largely comprised of former Denver Post reporters and editors.
So what should Coloradans expect from the new outlet? To put it simply, in-depth reporting. The Sun follows in the footsteps of upstart media organizations in other cities that are doing what larger media outlets have become unable to do, thanks to cutbacks: produce long, investigative news pieces.
